These service providers are carefully selected by us and regularly monitored. They will only process personal data in accordance with the instructions received from us, based on appropriate contracts for the processing of personal data. 

One of them is Qualtrics LLC, based in the United States, which is the provider of the web application and IT hosting services we use to conduct our customer service survey. 

Third World. User's personal data may be transferred to a country where the European Commission has not determined that it provides an adequate level of personal data protection.
